First Dance Cover! "I GOT A BOY" by Girls' Generation

Yes, it happened. I hopped on the 'I Got A Boy' dance cover bandwagon and joined in the fun of basically every K-pop fan in the world (if you're a fan and you say you haven't at least attempted to dance along, you're clearly lying). Although 'The Boys' by Girls' Generation was my first K-pop MV, the colorful IGAB one has stood out to me more and I just couldn't resist covering the dance at one of my rehearsals.

So, here I am at 1:42 in the morning writing this post after uploading the cover only minutes ago. I don't care how deliriously tired I am after spending the whole day at the NYC Korean Food Festival and then two hours at I Love Dance's dance sessions. I just really wanted to post the damn video.

It's a really short cover because I feel that the dance loses its magic without the large numbers and formations. The part I chose to do is pretty straight forward and they don't really do any spectacular things with their formations so I thought it would be perfect, as well as it being my favorite part of the dance in general. I really wanted to get something out to show off my dancing skills after already posting a strictly vocal cover (Click here if you want to check that out! It's JYJ's 'In Heaven').

But hopefully my dance/vocal cover of Super Junior-M's 'Swing' comes out soon! We're trying to find time to finish up the editing. But for now, here's a teaser of the MV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHYNBMcsaM0&index=2&list=UU5QIHZS3WOc-m3UR0981c5g

I know that not too many people read this blog yet but if you do, let me know what you think of the dance cover! I'd love some feedback as well as suggestions on what else I should cover, whether it be a dance or a vocal cover (now it's clear I do both!).
